Landscape foreman

We are looking for an experienced landscape foreman to run landscaping projects and oversee staff for a number of prestigious clients and works to a high standard.
Applicants must have prior experience in managing projects, working from designer plans and specifications and ability to get on with the job with minimum fuss.
The successful applicant will be a good problem solver, able to think on their feet and be able to delegate work.
Work is for a wide variety of clients, undertaking contracts from £500.00 up to £500,000.00, across a wide variety of sectors.

Contracts manager

We are looking for a contracts manager / landscape supervisor with excellent management skills who can take over the supervision of operatives on site and also liaise and communicate with clients. The majority of our contracts are located within Scotland, a company vehicle will be provided.

The person we are looking for would ideally have:

• a background in landscaping
• excellent staff management capability and experience
• good customer communication
• commercial awareness
• a hands on attitude
• ability to work as part of a team

You would be responsible for:

• the management of landscape projects throughout Scotland.
• the delivering of jobs on budget and to the required quality
• management of landscaping teams
• problem solving
• liaising with clients
